This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 7 feet 6 inches on the West side of the structure at the eave and 12 feet 4 inches at the ridge of the roof.  RBD Construction Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1582842, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October  19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1307 Fleet Food Drive Waukesha, WI. 53186.
