29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a) On or about 05/02/2024; at the loading dock, the employer did not ensure a semi-trailer truck backed into the dock used wheel blocks while forklift truck operator were loading crates and pallets into its trailer. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Employees were exposed to slip/trips/falls hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
