29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) Throughout the facility; On or about May 6, 2024, periodic inspections of energy control procedures were not conducted on at least an annual basis for equipment including, but not limited to, the ovens 1-7 and 9. F&M Plastics, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656872, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 503 Simmon Drive, Osceola, WI 54020.
