29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: a) KCS Contracting LLC. On or about May 8, 2024 at the address of 3160 Percentum Rd. Sylvania OH 43617: The employer did not ensure that employee(s) were prohibited from using the mid-rails of an aerial lift as a working surface. An employee utilizing aerial lift (model # 400S, serial # 0300121828) to perform metal framing work activities utilized the basket's mid-rails as a means of increasing his working height and as a result was exposed to fall hazards.
