The following machinery was not provided with point-of-operation guarding: 1. The Clausing Drill located in the carport area was missing a chuck guard.

Equipment in the Carport area were not secured to a fixed location in the following instances: 1. The Dayton 10" Bench Grinder was not secure to prevent walking or moving. 2. The Heavy Duty Milwaukee A.C Bench Grinder was not secure to prevent walking or moving.
