Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about May 10, 2024, Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 14 feet while engaged in residential roofing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while employees were engaged in roof installation and activities. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
