This condition exposed employees to fine particulates from sanding, including but not limited to sanding of 3M Panel bonding Adhesives and epoxies, which are known to be fertility toxins, organ toxins, and carcinogens.  Caliber Holdings LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1573709, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2001 Byberry Rd, Philadelphia, PA.  Caliber Holdings LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628891, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10501 West Interstate 70 Frontage Road North, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
