29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee. Location - Worksite On or about May 13, 2024, two lifelines were attached to one roof anchor and available for use by employees. This configuration cannot support at least five thousand pounds if employee(s) using it fell. Jesenia Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639807, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 174 French Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876.
