29 CFR 1910.213(r)(4): Suitable guard(s) were not provided to reduce to a minimum the hazard due to the point of operation of the Monet FWA500 Proweb saws: (a) In the saw area located at 3900 Avenue G NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880: On or about 5/6/2024; the Monet FWA500 Proweb 1 saw lacked awareness signs such as DANGER and WARNING signs to notify employees of the nature of the point of operation hazards and to provide instructions, exposing employees to hazards caused by the rotating motion of the blade. (b) In the saw area located at 3900 Avenue G NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880: On or about 5/6/2024; the Monet FWA500 Proweb 2 saw lacked awareness signs such as DANGER and WARNING signs to notify employees of the nature of the point of operation hazards and to provide instructions, exposing employees to hazards caused by the rotating motion of the blade.
