29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about May 15, 2024, on the north east corner of a residential building, an employee performing cornice work activities at a height greater than six(6) feet was not in use of fall protection. Castrejon Enterprises LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1547397, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/23/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1809 Wheeler St. Oklahoma City OK 73108.
