McLane Company, Inc located at 910 Northwest 50th Avenue, Ocala, Florida: On or about May 14, 2024, the employer failed during year 2023, to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and OSHA Form 301 Injury and Illness Incident Report or equivalent by March 2, 2024.
