29 CFR 1926.451(e)(5)(i): Ramps and walkways 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels did not have guardrail systems that comply with subpart M of this part -- Fall Protection: Exterior/Front of the Global Pacific Design-Builders building: Employees were doing carpentry work from a 14-foot tube and coupler scaffold that did not have guardrails along all open sides and ends of the scaffolding platform. Employee were exposed to fall hazards. The Core Tech International Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.451(g)(4)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588662, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/17/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Bayview Hotel Tamuning, Guam.
