1926.503(a)(2)(ii)  The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used:   a)  On or about May 15, 2024, the controlling employer, Taylor Morrison Home Corporation dba Taylor Morrison of Colorado, Inc., did not ensure subcontracted employees were protected from fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while engaged in residential framing operations on a two-story home.  This condition exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards.
