29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a) Production Floor/Welding area - On or about May 13, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to welding rays hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from the welding rays by providing a flameproof screen for workers and other workers adjacent to welding area.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(ii): The employer did not provide information to the employees on operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals were present: a) Production floor/ Welding area - On or about May 13, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that training and information was provided to employees for any operations in the workplace where hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, welding fumes were present.
