29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii):  Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not required to wear appropriate goggles to protect them from the rays when noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields were not used:  a.) 75 South Park Ave, Littletown, PA  - Cabinet Mig/Spot Welding Area - On or about May 30, 2024, an employee assembling metal cabinets/spot welding was not required to wear appropriate welding eye protection while working adjacent to an employee conducting MIG welding operations.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
