Seaberg Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604921, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11-01-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 712 Greenville Avenue Johnston, Rhode Island 02919

(a) Worksite: On or about 05/21/2024, the employer did not provide adequate training and a certification of training record for those employees who might be exposed to fall hazards.
