29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  On 5.21.24 at 12107 E 21st St. North, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the jobsite.  Employees were handling gasoline.  The chemical hazards associated with this  chemical include: skin and eye irritation, drowsiness, dizziness and upper respiratory irritation, and may cause cancer. Additionally, gasoline can act as a fueling agent due to its extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor.  Limited Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653995, citation number 1, item number 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on 06-26-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 14413 Tipperary Cir. Wichita, KS.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On 5.21.24 at 12107 E 21st St. North,  employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that employees engaged in roofing activities using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to eye injuries. Employees were not provided with eye protection.  Limited Roofing LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653995, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06.26.23, with respect to a workplace located at 14413 Tipperary Circle , WIchita KS.  Limited Roofing LLC   was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438834, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5.27.2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11824 Texas, Wichita KS.  Limited Roofing LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438907, citation number  1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5.27.2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10314 Bronco St, Wichita KS.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On 5.21.24 at 12107 E 21st St. North  Wichita KS,  employees were exposed to fall hazards in that employees engaged in roofing activities did not use fall protection while  working at a height of 9.8 feet at the eve.
