29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycle. a) 7501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111 - employees were operating a Hyd-Mech Bandsaw, H40-60, #014, that was not equipped with guarding on the unused portion of the saw blade, on or about May 21, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
