29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) 665 Independence Avenue, Unit A, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 - On or about May 23, 2024, employees working in and around the powder coating booth were not provided with training on the combustible dust hazards of the powder coating materials. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
