(a)	Module 5 Conveyer Area, 225 Solar Drive, Imperial, PA: On or about May 23, 2024, the employer did not ensure that each employee working on the mezzanine near the Module 5, Level 4, Conveyer was protected from falling through the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems. The employees were exposed to an approximate 30-foot fall hazard to the concrete floor below while working on the third level of the warehouse near the Module 5 Conveyer belt motor.
