29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) 1336 Bristol Pike BENSALEM, PA 19020- Back Room- On or about May 23, 2024, employees were exposed to hazards including trips, falls and struck-by when boxes, rolling carts and racks were not kept in an orderly manner. Marmaxx Operating Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673204, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 5, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6545 N Grand Parkway W SPRING, TX 77389.
