29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(iv): Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations were not approved for the purpose and were not so constructed or installed that water could not enter or accumulate in wireways, lamp holders or other electrical parts: a.) Marmaxx Operating Corp. dba T.J. Maxx #366; 2070 Interchange Road, Erie, PA 16565; break room - On or about 2/6/25, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking onto electrical ceiling lights. b.) Marmaxx Operating Corp. dba T.J. Maxx #366; 2070 Interchange Road, Erie, PA 16565; supervisor's office - On or about 2/6/25, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking onto electrical ceiling lights. c.) Marmaxx Operating Corp. dba T.J. Maxx #366; 2070 Interchange Road, Erie, PA 16565; hallway by men's restroom - On or about 2/6/25, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking onto electrical ceiling lights. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
