On or about May 16, 2024, in the driveway of a residential construction jobsite, employees utilized a truck mounted crane where overhead power lines were located and an employee was not trained in electrically related safety practices needed for their safety when working near overhead powerlines.

On or about May 16, 2024, in the driveway of a residential construction jobsite, employees utilized a truck mounted crane that contacted energized and unprotected overhead powerlines while delivering construction supplies to the jobsite.
