OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards created by the use of industrial storage racks which were not anchored to the floor: a) Jobsite, 55 Matchette Road, Clinton, PA 15026: Observed on or about May 30, 2024, industrial storage racks located in the warehouse areas were not anchored to the floor. The industrial storage racks were at risk of being tipped over by powered industrial trucks operating in the area of the industrial storage racks. Employees working in the area were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
