29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. At a workplace located at 7054 County Rd 4730 Pomona, MO; employees were exposed to fire through combustible dusts located near the chop saw, 3-head saw, and 5-head saw area. Dust was observed on the floor, on top of equipment, and the elevated dust removal duct, and included, but not limited to, a depth of 5 inches of wood dust, a combustible dust.
