29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot 32 Raptor Ct; Front left of house: On or about June 04, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not enforce the use of a fall protection system when employees were installing the top plate on the first floor in the garage area at a height of approximately 10 feet to ground level. b) At Lot 32 Raptor Ct; Back right of house: On or about June 04, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that the employer did not enforce the use of a fall protection system for an employee installing the floor joist on the first floor at a height of approximately 11 feet to ground level.
