29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a worksite located at or near 831 NE Algonquin Street, Lee's Summit, MO 64064, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform roofing work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection.  Instances of exposure include but are not limited to:  Instance 1.  Two employees were observed in the middle of the southern section of the structures roof without fall protection at heights greater than 13 feet.  Instance 2.  One employee was observed working from an overhang on the southern section of the structures roof without fall protection at heights greater than 14 feet.  Instance 3.  One employee was observed working on the southwest section of the structures roof without fall protection at heights greater than 11 feet.
