29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: a)Peska Construction, Inc. at 1501 South Highline Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to June 3, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while conducting concrete scraping operations on the third level of the commercial property in that, employees were working outside of the guardrail system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 15 feet.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 15 feet.
