29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. P-1983 Veterinary Clinic Job Site: On and/or before June 7, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing the personal fall arrest system with the dorsal dee ring placed in the center of the wearers back between the shoulder blades. This condition potentially exposed employees to improper fall arrest hazards.
