29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On June 4, 2024, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to falls of greater than 25 feet. JR Roofing, LTD., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1714935, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 205 Abingdon Ave, Kenilworth, IL 60043 JR Roofing, LTD., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588058, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 460 Ash Street, Winnetka, IL 60093 No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
