29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 2269-2271 North 159th Ct. East, Wichita, KS 67228, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained. Employees were handling gasoline and 2300 construction tripolymer sealant. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline and the sealant are but not limited to: flammable liquid and vapor. may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways, causes skin irritation, causes serious eye irritation, may cause respiratory irritation and is suspected of causing cancer. Carlos Soria was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1644307, citation number 1, item number 1, group letter a and was affirmed as a final order on 06/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 630 Sweet Water Circle, Maize, KS 67101.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 2269-2271 North 159th Ct.
