29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the roof at a residence, located at 6001 Wondering Willow Drive, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545: On or about 6/6/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees while performing framing work with air powered nail guns.
