29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a) On or about June 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure compressed oxygen cylinders were stored at a safe distance from highly flammable materials nor with a noncombustible barrier. Compressed cylinders of oxygen were stored near compressed cylinders of acetylene in the storage area.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: a) On or about August 8, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure the dip tanks in the testing area containing Solvent 142 and open tanks used with the outside diameter grinder containing Kool Kut 378 LF were appropriately labeled. Solvent 142 is a hazardous chemical known to be combustible, a skin and eye irritant, and fatal if swallowed while Kool Kut 378 LF is a hazardous chemical known to be an eye irritant and skin irritant and sensitizer.
