29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) 350 W. 8th St., Ship Bottom, NJ 08008: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while utilizing a JLG Articulated boom lift, Model #600A, serial #0300271526 . The employee was not connected to the basket with a personal fall arrest system. The employee was changing light bulbs while at a height of approximately thirty feet above the ground.  Observed on or about 06/12/2024.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
