The extension cord was attached to a steel collum and run through the celling into the Managers office. The Colony Hardware Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1712817, citation number 1, item number 3(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 8/11/24, with respect to a workplace located at 515 Oritan Ave Ridgefield NJ 07657.
