29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that the top or top step of a stepladder was not used as a step: (a) Allison Ranch, 6150 Pedregal DR, PARKER, CO 80134: On or before 6/15/2024, the employer did not ensure that employees framing the second story of a new two-story home utilized ladders correctly when accessing the second floor of a new single-family home. Framing employees accessed the second floor using a six-footstep ladder. This required employees to use the top and top step of the step ladder. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard in excess of 10 feet.

This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard in excess of 10 feet.
