29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million: a) Pallet Repair Area- On or about June 20, 2024, an employee repairing pallets was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average of 92.9 parts per million. Approximately 1.86 times the Permissible Exposure Limit of 50 parts per million. b) Pallet Repair Area- On or about June 20, 2024, an employee working at the board saw machine was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average of 134.4 parts per million. Approximately 2.69 times the Permissible Exposure Limit of 50 parts per million. c) Pallet Repair Area- On or about June 20, 2024, an employee repairing pallets was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average of 83.5 parts per million. Approximately 1.67 times the Permissible Exposure Limit of 50 parts per million. d) Pallet Repair Area- On or about June 20, 2024, an employee repairing pallets was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average of 72.9 parts per million. Approximately 1.46 times the Permissible Exposure Limit of 50 parts per million. e) Pallet Repair Area- On or about June 20, 2024, an employee operating a forklift was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average of 98.7 parts per million. Approximately 1.97 times the Permissible Exposure Limit of 50 parts per million. f) Pallet Repair Area- On or about June 20, 2024, an employee repairing pallets was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average of 93.9 parts per million.
