29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(vi):The employer did not require that the operator of crane(s) avoid carrying loads over people. a) Sugar Steel Corporation on or about April 10, 2024, at the location of 361 D Street Perrysburg, Ohio 43551: The employer failed ensure that when Crane 5 located in Bay 3 was in operation, loads were not handled over employees. Due to this condition, employees tasks with working in and around Bay 3 were exposed to struck by hazards when trailers were being loaded and unloaded via the aforementioned crane.
