29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on or about June 26, 2024 at 6232 North 155th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were not exposed to fall hazards during roofing operations at heights greater than 10 feet. CJ Fanning Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641990, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-08-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1512 Bristol St. Papillion, Nebraska.
