29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a):Metal storage cabinets construction. The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space. Joints were not riveted, welded or made tight by some equally effective means. The door was not provided with a three-point lock, and the door sill was not raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet. Location Rear of workshop On or about June 26 2024, employees were exposed to fire hazards where flammable storage cabinets were located that were corroded to the point the top was collapsed in and the door could not close properly.
