29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Commercial building rooftop; On or about June 25, 2024, and dates prior, employees were not protected from falls while engaged in roofing replacement activities from a 6:12 pitch roof at approximate heights ranging between 8-feet to 23-feet above ground-level.
