29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or before 6/29/2024, the employer did not protect employees from fall hazards. An employee was working on top of a framed wall and was not utilizing fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard in excess of 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) On or before 6/29/2024, the employer did not ensure employees used ladders according to established regulations. An employee descended from the top plate of a 10-foot 4-inch wall onto the top step of an 8-foot stepladder. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards.
