29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Location: Customer seating area a) On or about 7/1/24, the employer did not ensure that all exit pathways from the building were able to be opened without keys. The inner door to the side exit was found to have keyed cylinders on both sides of the door, the outer of which was able to be key locked.

Location: Food preparation area a) On or about 7/1/24, the employer did not ensure that all exit pathways from the building were maintained to a width of 28" wide. The main pathway through the kitchen, between front and rear emergency exits of the building, was narrowed to a pathway of approximately 13" wide.
