29 CFR 1910.176(a):Use of mechanical equipment. Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. At 1400 S Old HWY 141, Fenton, MO, 63026, on July 2, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from powered industrial vehicles due to a lack of safe clearances in aisles and aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked.
