The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor.  On or about July 2, 2024, at Back Room Production area at 1660 W Mason Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin, employees were exposed to potential trip hazards without dry goods boxes on pallets and electric pallet jack removed from the path of the designated emergency exit route.

Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage.  On or about July 2, 2024, in the Back Room Receiving area at 1660 W Mason Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the employer did not ensure the working space in front of a lockout station electrical panel was not used to store equipment.  Bulk container palletized and pallet jack was within 25 inches of the electrical panel cover.
