29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee's engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Roof - The employer allowed employees to work on a steep roof approximately 15 feet from the lower level with no method for protection from falls.  The De Almeida Carpentry Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1632420, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 118 East Main Street, Merrimac, Massachusetts 01860.  The De Almeida Carpentry Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1739990, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Sherburne Ave, Tyngsboro, Massachusetts 01879.
