29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Job site, 207 West Allegheny Road, Imperial, PA: On or about July 9, 2024, during landscaping activities, the employer permitted his staff to work in an excavated area of a hillside to build a retaining wall without first providing trench and excavation safety training to all employees.
