Jn Pallet Company, LLC; Scragg Building - on or about 7/15/24, and at times prior thereto:  The 7-riser stairway was not equipped with a mid-rail.  The stairway led from the floor to the scrub grass mill.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). JN Pallet Company, LLC - On or about 7/15/24, and at times prior thereto, the shut down the of Pendu double gangsaw did not have any precautions in place to ensure the saw blades come to a full stop prior to the guard being opened. The saw blades coast to a stop and continue to operate for several seconds after the equipment is shut down or locked out.
