29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about July 15, 2024, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 feet while working without fall protection from a pitched roof surface.  Premium Home Experts Co. DBA Premium Quality Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1667693, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 6, 2023, with respect to a worksite located at 586 W. Parkside Drive, Palatine, Illinois.  Premium Home Experts Co., was previously inspected and cited as Premium Quality Construction, Inc. for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581564, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 24,2022 with respect to a workplace located at 105 W. Lincoln Hwy., DeKalb, IL 60115.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation
