29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  The employer does not protect each employee from fall hazards while engaged in roofing work six (6) feet or more above lower levels by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) This most recently occurred on or about August 21, 2024, at the above-referenced worksite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of above 25 feet ground to eave while performing roofing work.  Premium Home Experts Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1762519, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on October 9, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1178-1184 Parkside, Palatine, IL 60038  Premium Home Experts Co. was previously inspected under Premium Home Experts Co. dba Premium Quality Construction, Inc. cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1667693 citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed final order on September 6, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 586 W Parkside, Palatine, IL 60067.  Premium Home Experts Co., was previously inspected under Premium Quality Construction, Inc. for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581564, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 105 W. Lincoln Hwy., DeKalb, IL 60115.  Premium Home Experts Co., was previously inspected under Premium Quality Construction, Inc., dba Ortega Construction, Co. and cited under for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1380123, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 611 Legacy Circle., Yorkville, IL.  Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including an explanation of how these steps protect its employees from fall hazards.
